Our Pledge
We are honored to have your business. We try our best to provide the best quality products and customer service. Our inventory is small and exclusive.
Shipping
We will ship your product(s) within 1-2 days of receipt of your order.
Eligibility for Exchanges and Returns for Refunds
To be eligible for an exchange, or a return for a refund, you must email us with such a request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, due to a mistake made by us. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at nina@thirakuldesigns.com within 7 days.
Returns for Refunds
Because our inventory is small and exclusive, our total return policy lasts 15 days, inclusive of the 7 days you have to send us your first email request.
In order to be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was shipped, with the tag in its original place. When shipping the item back to us, please make sure that it is securely packaged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you as such. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card, or to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account and/or your credit card company, because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (not applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once approved, within 1-2 days, we will provide a return label for you to return your product.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
